I wish a plunge bra would help me...due to my rather large weight loss I now have what my other half terms as two socks with sand at the end...am really self concious but dont think that uplift surgery is now being offered on the NHS
Start Weight 19 stone 12 little blip on the way but at least I will never be this big again

Oh ladies I love this post! I did chuckle, and empathise with some. In a bra I'm a big breasted lady at a 38F...take off the bra and bend over Oh my...they look like a pair of socks with tennis balls in them..not a pretty site lol. My Mum always told me to bend at the knees...now I've grown up she has me wondering if that really was for my back, or was it for my chest LOL

Who says you gotta take it off? If they look good on, leave em on! More tempting that way hehe!

I went and got measured yesterday and have gone from a 36E to a 34DD in a Tshirt style bra and a 32E in a strapless one. I have, like others have said got a lot of excess skin due to losing weight. So if anyone has any ideas on how to tone up in this are apart from the surgical route then I would love to hear.

Nowt you can do to tone up your chesticles only the muscles on top of them. But... you can always keep your bra on for heated moments - may increase the tension by having to find a way 'in' and if all else fails try standing on your head. That'll sort it!

I love balconette bras but would love to try a wonderbra.

Are they worth the money though girlies? Don't want to fork out and then be disappointed. Bearing in mind new Look bras do me just fine and dandy lol
