Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Started SW and cooking Wedges, help with quark dip Hi all, i started SW tuesday evening and finding the plan easy. Ive got wedges in the oven and got a tub of quark, am i right that i can just add some onion and garlic to this to make a dip? I also have some LF nat yog, is there something i can make from this as a dip? Thank you for any help Tracey

BMI Information: Start BMI: 30.9 Current BMI: 23.5 Goal BMI: 22.2 Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 43lb Weight to Lose: 7.5lb % Lost 23.89% | Check the syns though on your low fat natural yoghurt though - only fat free yogurts are free usually, low fat ones normally have a couple of syns. My usual dip that I make with FF yogurt is cucumber and mint and/or coriander blitzed up in a food processor or blender
