Do you know why you weren't picked? Is there anyone you can ask?

Can you ask someone how you could improve your chances in future - is there something that is holding you back?

Do you have skills that could be improved? Are there courses you could go on?

And - slightly tricky one this, don't want to offend you - do you normally write in the way that you did in your original post? The punctuation is missing (no apostrophes, missing full stops and commas, grateful has only one 'l'). Now it may be that your writing is usually impeccable and that this is just the way you write on the forum, in which case ignore me and I will shut up.

Eventually you will have to consider whether you have a future with this employer, or if it is time to move on. Do you have a Personnel Department (sorry, they call them Human Resources these days!) you can talk to?
