I've been using this chewing gum tip for a while now, It works for me, plus it makes any food taste awful if you eat afterwards..

I think you might be delighted to know that they are 3 syns a pot. Certainly works out right if you use the 20kcal = 1 syn rule..

    Love this thread!!!

My top tips would be ....

Every week I challenge myself to look at my free and super free foods and 'create' something new from them to give me some variety!

Buy a microwave steamer for that 1/3rd super free or steam bags from Lakeland

Buy a slow cooker - let the machine to do all the hard work!! I can spend 5-10 mins in a morning preping a stew, leave it on low all day and come home to a gorgeous smelling house and a ready made meal!

Take pictures of yourself and record your measurements every week - does wonders on those weeks you haven't lost to see how the inches have disappeared ...

Photocopy your free and superfree pages in your SW book and keep them in your bag/purse/shopping bag. Then when you are shopping and in need of inspiration you have a ready made list of good things to buy!

I'm sad I know but my sandwich boxes for work are bright pink and have hello kitty on them ... I keep my fruit and healthy snacks in them - I smile each time I open them

Daim milk chocolate minis are 1.5 each .... i'm so so so close to going out, buying some and blitzing 3 in with some milk and a farley's rusk (3.5) to make an amazing toffee'y, malty, delicious 8 syn milkshake ... *NOMNOMNOM*

I just have this craving, can't get it out of my head, I should never ever have entered a Shakeaway ;P

My tip: If you want to cook from scratch but the thought of veg prep is putting you off, you can get onions and peppers pre diced and frozen, I find the onions especially useful. Solves that teary problem (Not tooooo bad a price considering they're a lazy girl's friend, £1 for about 5-6 onions worth in Tesco)

Now I have divided it in to bags of 5 chunks each (7.5syns) so if I really get a choccy craving, I won't eat the whole bar and can stay within syns for the day!

Also freeze the chocolate, it will then take you much longer to eat it!!
Fab idea!!!!!!!! I have some at home, so 5 chunks is 7.5 not bad!!!
