If you need a white syn free sauce for dishes like lasagne there are two recipes...
1) 1 tub Quark, 1-2 egg, herbs/parsley and half tsp mustard-mix all ingredients in a pan on a medium heat to make a sauce. Add milk if you want it to go further. (obviously double up ingredients for more sauce)
2) Super quick option. Very low fat natural yogurt mixed with half tsp mustard and herbs (both optional) No need to heat if using for a lasagne, just mix ingredients together and use. If you want it to set then add some eggs, if you prefer it saucy then no eggs.
I loved the second option, was really creamy and tasty. Also very quick and you can use as much as you need!
