You need to have made 50 posts to get a decent amount of space in your signature. So get posting!

Find the pic that you want
Right click on it
Go to View Image info (I am on firefox but there should be an equivilent if you are using Internet Explorer
You will see something like this http://online.slimmingworld.com/imag.../awards/K3.jpg
Highlight it and right click then copy
Go to your user CP (top left)
Edit Signature
About half way down the page you will see a box with lots of symbols
Look for the one that looks like a mountain (its on the second line down under the undo button) and click on it
A new box will open, press CTRL +V to paste the code directly into this box
Scroll down a little and preview signatre (the sig will appear in the top box) If it doesnt its gone wrong!
Scroll back down and press Save Signature
Repeat as necessary
