    stoke on trent body magicers?

anybody around that wants the motivation and help (and can offer the same back) to a sw member with far too much weight to lose. I was doing really well but after a family bereavement I know I've undone everything. Their death may not have happened if they were healthier and he was so proud of me for doing it I need to get back on track. x

If I had been around when Rubens was painting, I would have been revered as a fabulous model. Kate Moss? Well, she would have been the paintbrush. ~Dawn French

I exercised at home and seeing such good results spurred me on
There were no classes for my workout around so DVD time
People you know will start noticing when you lose and shape up and that is always good motivation
I hope you find someone near you but don't use it as an excuse not to get going
I lost over 3 1/2 stone in 6 months with slimmimg world (and still maintaining), and dropped 5 dress sizes with my body magic kettlebells
