    A bit off topic but hell have I just had a nice breakfast! No syns lots of fruit and a fat free yogurt. Its my first full day on sw and I'm so looking forward to the out come! X

    Like Filly, I usually have fruit salad and free yoghurt for brekkie. I try and make sure it has melon as a speed food, then use whatever is best value at the supermarket for everything else.

    Not only is it a delicious breakfast, but you can have as much as you like and also don't have to make up your mind what day you are doing until lunch either..........and I am so indecisive first thing in the morning

    Win-win situation to me is that!

    When I'm on extra easy, or want to save the HEX's for something specific, I often start the day with a Muller Light and loads of fruit. - It is a great way to start the day
