i was wondering how the 30 day shred works and how people are finding it?
i'm thinking on buying it but not sure
also, as i don't do very much exercise will this be too intense?

It is VERY intense. It lasts just under 30mins, you do 10 days at level 1, 10 days at level 2 and 10 days at level 3, without stopping.
You need a yoga mat and some hand weights.
