Just watched last weeks.
Trisha, the disabled lazy was amazing!
Seen some stuff on fb about this weeks too that sounds juicy?!

Hmm, me too! Stupid girl. Stupid stupid girl.
The other lady was such a trooper!

Nooo, I missed the very end - the baby came out, it put the name on the screen and then my recorder stopped!!!

I know what you mean. I had 2 backed up on the planner, watched one of them and was then so drained and emotional there's no way I could have watched the other one! I missed the bit about the paternity test too - how interesting.
I was so shocked at the way they behaved last week when it was another girl - it was horrid.

my problem is watching it always raises questions and it leads to remembering/discussing my daughter's birth, which was NOT good. we had an incredibly rare complication called Amniotic Fluid Embolism. It could have killed both us us, but for the actions of one doctor who happened to be in the right place at the right time, and recognised the very rare symptoms which nobody else had picked up on. he saved our lives, I don't remember any of this (or much of the first week of sophie's life, and memory of the first 6 months is kind of sketchy too due to brain damage induced by side effects of the AFE), but hubby does. I also suffer from PTSD due to this too and flashbacks are a constant reminder.... hence why OBEM is hard lol.
Oh dear chick you've just put me off, I'm scared!!Originally Posted by Flibsey

i love watching this programme too.. i have two lovely kids myself and always think its such a miracle to watch!!.. oh and yes i could have slapped jess last night.. bet she's mortified watching it now
I love this tooo, though it always makes me cry.
Jess reminded me of the numerous teen mums I've worked with. Its amazing how naive they can be about the mechanics of actually what's going to need to happen to get the baby out! She was quite calm compared to some though...she didnt nip off for a fag which is usually the first thing they want to do! Judging by the trailer I think next weeks teen might be a tricky one lol
