    how do I change my profile add pics/alter ?

    Hi, am completely and utterly new here, but in awe of all the support, guidance, and fabulous people I've already seen...

    I love peoples profiles with pics, tickers, goals etc... they look great.. but how do I do it?

    Dont want people to think I'm not 'joining in' and not updating my profile... I wanna be a part of this 100%

    Any help appreciated..
