This has tickled me all week at work, the work colleagues can not believe my weight loss with the amount of food im eating, I have a lunch bag on my desk each day and its fillings usually are:
2 satsumas
1 apple
2 alpen lights
mini ryvitas
2 babybell lights
Muller light strawberry
Lunch - usually a muhshot/rice/pasta/salad
and this is lined up to 3x 500ml bottles of water
This is apparently now "the magic lunch bag" as it seems to refill itself all day

I don't really snack very much, but when I do it's usually some cherry tomatoes or a pickled onion or two. This is making me wish I snacked more as I love the idea of boxes of chopped up fruit and cucumber and stuff.
