    The Magic SW lunch bag

    This has tickled me all week at work, the work colleagues can not believe my weight loss with the amount of food im eating, I have a lunch bag on my desk each day and its fillings usually are:
    2 satsumas
    1 apple
    2 alpen lights
    mini ryvitas
    2 babybell lights
    Muller light strawberry
    Lunch - usually a muhshot/rice/pasta/salad


    and this is lined up to 3x 500ml bottles of water
    This is apparently now "the magic lunch bag" as it seems to refill itself all day

    I'm looking at your lunch bag contents & wondering if I could survive on that all day!

    My handbag is full every morning with
    A box of chopped up fruit
    A muller light
    Some cereal
    My Food flask with my lunch in it
    A box of carrot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes etc for munchies
    A couple of pieces of fruit

    I also have a drawer @ work which is full of mugshots & options 'just in case'

    I've only been in my job a month & my new colleagues think I'm a bit mental. They can't understand why someone who isn't fat is refusing chocolate. I keep showing them my wedding photos (which is my before photo) to explain why!

    yep, I am a stay at home mum, but when I went on a trip last week I took:
    fruit (frozen in a pot with canderel AND fresh)
    ham,
    rice salad (tumeric rice with a tiny bit of garam massala, light mayo, chopped veggies)
    chickpea curry (tined chickpeas, onion, tinned toms, curry powder, garlic, fresh coriander omnomnom)
    AND a mixed green salad.

    finished the lot spread over the day and didn't give in to crap. although I did have an almond macaroon for old time's sake in a cafe my mum used to take me to, but they were kind enough to tell me which recipe they used and weigh it for me so I could syn it when i got home lol.

    aw, I love this I don't really snack very much, but when I do it's usually some cherry tomatoes or a pickled onion or two. This is making me wish I snacked more as I love the idea of boxes of chopped up fruit and cucumber and stuff.

    I survive just fine on that amount, i think as i graze all day I dont get hungry.
