As far as I know, you decide your target, no one at SW is going to tell you off for not matching a BMI, unless you have an insurance company wanting an actual BMI, whose business is it what your BMI is? It's a personal choice. So as regards going higher than target ,to stay in target, no one knows your body better than you. As for pregnancy, many people have success following SW whilst pregnant. it's a healthy eating plan after all. Don't quote me but I think you get extra HEXA or HEXB or both whilst pregnant or breast feeding. Or that could be whilst just breast feeding. Obviously , any target goes out the window when pregnant ? As youre gaining baby weight? I did it years ago after giving birth. Hope that helps? I'm not at target yet, have not set one, so good luck.

As far as I know (but I've only been at target a week, so that isn't saying much!)..
1. Yes you can set your target at whatever you want (even a target of above a BMI of 25 - mine is currently 28.4).
2. I'm pretty sure that you can move your target higher - am not sure that you even need to move it by 7lbs. (I know that you do to lower it, so that people don't take the mick)
3. As for pregnancy at target - as far as I'm aware - you are still classed as 'in target' as long as you are within 2 stone of target weight by the end of pregnancy?? Obviously with my VAAASSSTT target knowledge (8 days and counting!!!) I'm am the font of all knowledge - but am willing to accept that I'm wrong

Pop over to the 'Pregnancy and Slimming World' sticky and ask over there. More likely to know than anyone else!!
