Thread: Best sweetener??

Just run out of splenda and doing a shop - whats the best sweetener? Ive tried Truvia as its supposed to be better for you than Splenda (natural apparently?!) but really didnt like it, and as for 1/3 being equal to a spoon of sugar - nowhere near!

Any suggestions?

I prefer anything Sucralose based to aspartame... not chemical after taste. so for me: supermarket own brand.
I also can't use any of the tablet ones because they all seem to have lactose in so I take a little plastic pot of my sucralose out with me.

I don't see how truvia is any better for you, it's still processed to within an inch of it's life.
