Thread: truvia or green canderal?

Im trying to work out what the difference is between these other than the price. And my question would be what is the difference between using the red and green canderal? Could really use some help thanks

check the ingredients. green caderel will probably be stevia extract mixed with something else, whereas truvia is stevia extract as its main ingredient.

aparently they both ming though. better off going for sucralose; canderel yellow.
