    yeah. I honestly am now feeling totally on track. I workedout that I only "spent" 85 of my syns in the last week (I kept a log on sat of what I ate, so I calculated it), so I never went over the vital 105 in the whole week which is why I think I still lost. I am so pleased.

    Flibsey...I hope you learned a very important lesson here...and that is NOT to beat yourself up for things like this!!

    Having a Flexi syn day is allowed in SW as long as you get back on track the next day...which you obviously did and still resulted in a loss. We are only human with human failings and we cannot expect to be like robots and do everything perfect. If you have a blowout, give yourself permission to kick yourself up the backside if you need to...and then get back on it.

    Never lose heart...the journey isn't over till it's over!

    BTW congratulations on your loss and your half stone award!


    Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going...
