    pain and loss of appetite

    I have a neurological condition which as one of it's many pleasures blesses me with neuropathic pain. If you're not sure what nerve pain feels like remind yourself of toothache or banging your funny bone - repeatedly, for years lol

    when it's really bad, like today, I struggle to have any appetite at all and am worried that this won't help my weight loss. Obviously I'm not without appetite all the time otherwise I wouldnt be here trying to lose 3 stones - though much of that has arrived due to a couple of years of very limited mobility til I got back on my feet properly, and the fact that if its hard to stand for long, your balance and co-ordination are fecked then its easier to eat a big bag of walkers crisps than it is to risk a knife and a hot oven!

    any advice for the best things to eat on a low appetite day, or avoid ?

    -Achieve club 10 by end March ( March challenge ) - done
    - be a size 14 trouser/skirt by Easter - done
    - lose a stone and a half - done
    - halfway to target - done
    - get into the 11's - done
    - lose two stones - 3lbs to go
    - be a size 14 fitted top by end May
    - be a size 12 trouser/skirt by summer (end july )
    - get into the 10's

    oh honey personally I'd probably keep mug shots (although...heavy kettle?!) and tins of lentil soup in hand for bad days. if you get heinz lentil soup, it's got a ringpull.
    also, keep bags of pre chopped apples, carrots etc in your fridge.
