    Hayfever

    My other sufferers out there?

    It's driving me mad

Itchy eyes and snotty sneezes. Docs scribed me some drops and tabs (1 a day - cant remember name but will check) but its still pretty strong

Any other recommendations or ideas for some relief? Currently lying awake as struggling to breathe and my eyes are sore

    I use

    Sainsbury's Hayfever & Allergy Relief Non Drowsy x14 £1

    Pop one every morning.

Never had hayfever before.DR told me it's one of the symptoms of the menopause along with quite a few others.

Search amazon or argos for 'allergy reliever'. Not the most dignified solution (hey Rudolph!) but I have not had any symptoms since starting to use it after seeing someone on minis mention it. I started with three times a day, then twice, now I can get away with once most days. It might take a week or so to start working. Good luck!

(you only look like Rudolph for the short treatment time, not permanently, haha )

It's a light therapy device, not a tablet. Sorry, should have been more clear.

Spooky - I ordered one from Lloyds Pharmacy after a friend recommended it. .It arrived this morning - it's a prezzie for my daughter who suffers terribly so everything crossed that it works.
