Has anyone read the books You can be thin or Ultimate Confidence by Marisa Peer. If so did you find them good and did you find the cd good???
Hi there. I've read them and I like the message but I really find her voice on the hypnosis annoying. Also discusses not eating wheat and dairy by imagining them as glue and food for calves so I wasn't so taken by that bit. On the plus I do like the affirmations she provided. It's been a while since I read them and listened to them.
I find Paul McKennas voice easier to listen to
“Is this food beneficial to my health and well being?” If I can ditch the junk so can you.

I read the book about 2 weeks ago now. For me, it has been a revelation. I have never felt so much in control with what I eat and how much. Previously, I would feel deprived and unhappy about a smaller portion or missing out on a cake. I feel totally different since reading the book and the last two weeks have been a breeze. The weight will fall off of me at this rate. I would be really interested to speak to anyone else who has found it worked.
