I have recently been given a slow cooker. I have made a couple of casseroles in it, and have started to understand that less fluid is required.

I have loads of cook books at home, which I have adapted to SW friendly meals, and wondered if anyone could recommend a slow cooker cook book. I hope to adapt recipes from here too.

I read in a magazine just the other day that James Martin, TV chef, has brought out a slow cooker recipe book. No idea what its like though!
