    Cooking with Babybel Light

Hi guys just a quick question has anyone ever cooked with babybel lights eg used then in the mince when u make burgers so that they melt into burger when ur cooking - or has anyone ever used them in between chicken breasts as a filling. Someone mentioned these to me today and i was wondering has anyone ever tried cooking with them before xx

I've only ever used them cooked in a hm burger - they were fine, just try to really seal it in, and chill before cooking

Just make sure you have them in the middle, and plenty of meat around them, and well covered

They're yummy in the middle of a burger, or stuffed into a pocket cut into a chicken breast then wrapped in bacon medallions and secured with a cocktail stick

I've had them in burgers and chicken breast and they're yummy in both, I find they don't get too hot like some cheese does when you cook it in something but they still melt really nicely and have that lovely melted texture
