A bit of fun: A to Z of Free Foods on ORIGINAL / RED Days

I'm trying to do some red days, so thought I'd start a game to help me get my head round free-foods on Original

I'll start it off on A, the next post is B then C etc.

I just had to google John Dory (very scary fish photo came up lol). Fab - I was hoping peoples replies would give me some new food ideas and it already happened at 'J'.

I agree that it'd be great to have the same for the other plans as well, just to make you think about which foods ARE ok on each plan.

    Okay. K

    Ummm.

    Kebab (SW styley of course!!)

One pack of extra lean mince, 1tsp oregano, 1/2tsp italian herbs, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4tsp cayenne, 1tsp black pepper and a pinch of salt. mix thoroughly and press and squeeze to get air out and shape into a loaf.
put in oven at 180 for 1hr turning halfway. rest for 10 mins covered with foil then slice thinly.
