I've read it takes 21 days to make a habit and 60 days to entrench it. So by Christmas we can have new, healthier habits that will be part of our lifestyles before the end of January. Anyone want to try and make some new habits?
Mine are - kettlebells 3 times a week for 30 mins.
Drink 2.5 litres water per day (every day).
Work towards my website - 4 hours per week (not just web browsing - working!)
Update whenever & all are free to add their want to have habits.
