    Wobble Away

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has done or currently doing wobble away (vibration plates) A salon by me has started doing the wobble away classes and wondering if they were any good and worth a go? And if you do actually loose weight on them?

    Xx

Are these the same as flabelos? Never tried them, but they seem to be known as different things in different places? xx

Me and my friend sometimes use the vibration plates when we go to the gym. They're quite good fun but can sometimes make me feel a bit sick if the vibrations go up to my ears. Not sure how much weight you'd lose from them alone, but I think that it's always worth trying new things, especially exercise. While you're there you'll probably see other things you'd like to try as well.
The problem with people who have no vices is that generally you can be pretty sure they're going to have some pretty annoying virtues. (Elizabeth Taylor)

I don't know if they are the same, just know they are a vibrating plate you stand on and can do exercises on. Meant to be good for cellulite too. Worth a go I suppose
