In range of target. When do you stop paying?
I am 2.5lbs from target and Im just wondering how this all works...!
So I am within my target range and the weight that I will be trying to stick to as you can go + or - 3lbs of target.
Do I have to pay until I get to the set target weight of 11 stone? and then if I go back to 11stone 2.5lbs I wont pay?
Does this make sense?!
You have to wait until you hit target spot on before you stop paying. Thereafter you don't pay until you more than 3 pounds out of range. HTH.

I knew you stopped paying for class once you reached your target but, I thought if you went + /- 3lbs from that target you were given a week or two to get back within range before you had to pay.
You get a weeks grace, so when you come out you need to be back in the following week otherwise you have to pay
