Advice please for my new Halogen cooker
I know there has been threads before about Halogens but could you tell me what you tend to cook in it? Tonight Ive cooked Skinny Lizzie sausages and bacon .Do you find the instructions are right mine said 10 mins on the low rack, absolutely no way was that right.
I read that things don't take as long to cook as normal oven but I find it does.
Anything that I usually grill I put on top rack.If I'm doing sausages and bacon I would cook sausages minus 5 mins then put them on low rack and bacon on top rack for 5 mins.
I do exactly the same as I do in a normal oven.So if I was doing salmon I would still wrap them in foil and cook on low rack .
