    Start Weight: 17st3lb
    Current Weight: 16st6.5lb
    Goal Weight: 10st7lb


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 37.7
    Current BMI: 36.1
    Goal BMI: 23


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 0st10.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 5st13.5lb
    % Lost 4.36%

    Has anyone tried fast forward

    I have the plan and my allocated units for use after new year now has anyone else tried this before????
    start date 06/08/12
    week 1-4 loss = 4.5 holiday inbetween :-(
    week 4-8 loss = 3.5
    week 9 +0.5 :-(
    week 10 -2.5 yippee...getting back in the zone

    3.5lbs away from 1 stone award!!!!
    wedding 5th jan, another 17.5 lbs to go.

    No I realise that Its just we arent allowed to discuss the details of the plan, if people have done it thats fine but I just wanted to pre-empt the posts asking for info I didnt want you to lose your thread

    Yeah I can totally understand why xx it deffo needs to be between you and your consultant x thank you I think I will leave this thread thanks for the advice

    I've seen the plan and didn't like the look of it at all as its too restrictive.
    people I know who have tried it have had a great loss but then after coming off it they've had a slight gain due to the change of eating etc.

    I would definitely talk to your consultant for more advice, if you are really struggling why not give success express a try before taking desperate measures with the fast forward plan.
