I loved a programme called 'secret eaters' and identified so many things that I do subconsciously!
What habits have you got that will inevitably effect your weight loss...
I pick a lot from my daughters plate when she has finished!
Graze a lot while cooking!
Need to stop these ...

my bad habits are not getting up early enough so miss the gym
always ordering food after work even if im not hungry
not eating enough superfree :)
on the hungryhouse website i even have in the special requests (ring my mobile not the doorbell) so my housemates dont know im getting it!!!
all these habits are going to change!!!

I eat things out of the fridge
Not syning things until after I eat them!

I binge, I honestly don't think I had this problem until sw (I just consistently ate crap) but now once I have one choc biscuit it sets me on a downward spiral and I have about 10...gross. Need to sort myself out this year.

Eat so I don't get hungry when there's no need

I let myself get STARVING so then I just binge on junk food! Need to eat when I can feel myself getting hungry so I make more sensible choices. Easier said than done lol
