    Doing sw alone

Hope I am posting this in the right section.

Just wondering if anyone is doing sw alone and not going to class or doing it online?

There are no classes where I live and the online version is quite expensive.

Is it possible to follow the plan alone without classes ? Thanks

You will need to get the information packs (maybe by joining for a one off week at a class, or buying the books from ebay or similar) as there is a lot of information that you will need and it isn't possible to get ALL the info from here alone.

As far as support, inspiration and ideas, these are found in abundance on here. Hope that helps.

    Thanks for the reply.

I do have the books from last year when I went to class. Live abroad now so unable to attend classes.
May keep an eye out for online discounts for signing up online.

Well if you've got the books then you're ready to go!! If you're feeling a little uncertain reread the books, and maybe take a look at this thread...
http://www.minimins.com/slimming-wor...xtra-easy.html (Slimming World Advice for New comers (Including Extra Easy))

What plan did you follow last time? Extra Easy? I do mostly Green, but with some Extra Easy. This is a great forum for meal ideas. There are threads for breakfast, lunch and dinner inspiration..

    http://www.minimins.com/slimming-wor...breakfast.html (Whats for breakfast?)

    http://www.minimins.com/slimming-wor...ats-lunch.html (whats for lunch)

    http://www.minimins.com/slimming-wor...a-tonight.html (Whats for tea tonight?)

What do you think are going to be the main problems to overcome? There are other mimimins SW peeps on here that live outside the UK as well, so you could always put an "Anyone from X" thread on as they may have already investigated brands available in your part of the world for syns etc and be happy to share this info.
