    4 Years!

well its january so new start for many people, its been a while since i have been on here but i have just replied to a post and i noticed i joined this site FOUR years ago and im still exactly the same weight as four years ago. Its not like ive lost 5 stone and then put and back on, ive actually lost and gained the same 14lb over and over again. Surley this has got to be the last time, im fed up of being depressed about it. Had a good chat with hubby last night (size 10 when i met him, size 18-20 now) as im very paranoid and he was so supportive it shocked me (very much a mans man and doesnt show emotion). Got a family holiday in august and i will not get to target before then but i will lose enough to be FUN mum!

    Good luck this time round.

This time you have a goal. You have to want to really do it and do it for yourself and you do. SW is such a fantastic way of eating as you know and the best way to lose your weight.

I understand how you feel as I have stupidly yo yo-ed so many times......................

Like Emsie said I too am sure you are a fun mum and a great person to be with. Weight doesn't take that away from you.

    hugs xxxxxxxxxx

Being on this diet is like being on a wagon that goes at speed then slows down, but it may even stop or go in reverse for a short time, so dont get off the wagon! If you get off, get thrown off, or lose your place, run after it! If that doesn't work, get the next immediate wagon. Fight to stay on the wagon it will take you to your destination

Funny I'm pretty much the same as you, I was exactly the same weight as I am now this time last year, when I first started SW 5 years ago I was 1lb heavier so technically I've lost 1lb in 5 years - how poor! Now it's time to stop messing around and do this properly!!! with all the support on here I'm sure we'll be fine, I do wonder though how many others are in the same boat? Might be worth a long timers thread as such.
    xx
