George Foreman mini roaster GV5 HELP!!!

I have been lucky enough to have been given a George Foreman mini roaster. I am really pleased.
Unfortunately it has no instructions with it. It has never been used.

I have watched a clip on YouTube so have a good idea of the procedures.

Am I correct in assuming that the dish inside is for doing casseroles etc. and that the roast goes in with out this dish. The drip tray is obvious though do you ever have so much fat/liquid that you have to empty it during cooking meaning that you can not go out and leave it cooking.

Any help , suggestions, recipes would be very gratefully received.
    Sue

Being on this diet is like being on a wagon that goes at speed then slows down, but it may even stop or go in reverse for a short time, so dont get off the wagon! If you get off, get thrown off, or lose your place, run after it! If that doesn't work, get the next immediate wagon. Fight to stay on the wagon it will take you to your destination
