    Nothing wrong with eating horse meat.Meat is meat at the end of the day.
    But I wouldn't eat it in a burger.I would slowly roast it and have some caramelised onions and veg with it.

    There may be social or ethical reasons for not eating horsemeat, that's an individual choice, but it is perfectly OK to eat.
