Does anyone do it at all?
I've started this year, been to my third class tonight and am loving it. I'm being pushed and its hard work but I am pleased with what I can do so far. Tonight I actually, ok so with help, went upside down on ropes......was a bit bizarre!
I'd never done it before, it's Iyengar yoga as it seems there's different ones lol
I have just noticed there is a feature on the official SW website & I just had a read, it looks really interesting so I may give it a try sometime x

I once tried it following a DVD at home and my back went and I was stuck on the floor lol I was bigger then though! If I ever try again it will be in a class just incase lol! It was fun though and much harder work than it looked.
