I thought I would start a support thread for times when we have 'over synned'
I had a 'bad' night last night, and trying to not beat myself up over it! So trying to stay positive and back on form today.
I drank far too much vodkathen got the munchies, and ate a ripple and couple of pink & whites.
Guess this will happen to all of us (ok, many - still trying to make myself feel better!) - and the important part is getting it off your chest and carrying on.
Support and reassurance welcome![]()
