    dont just hate...

    when you turn down invitations to go out because you feel fat and ugly. in february there were two things i would have loves to go to but thought of seeing old friends.and the ex this size is my worst nightmare. i love my little family.but going out with old friends would feel like been 15 again the fat ugly one.

    well with SW you can change that maybe not for this Feb but by next you can be in a very different place weight wise

    im trying to keep that in mind so i stay focused whenever i feel the urge to cheat. my nan used to say to me ' a minute on the lips a lifetime on the hips' cheesy but true

    we split up years ago its and im all.settled down now but you never want an ex to see you looking awful the day im happy with my weight is keeping me goimg

    If you keep all those reasons why you want to lose weight and think about how you'll feel at the scales if you're thinking of having something that will send you off plan and if you plan all your meals you WILL go to all those things you want having lost the weight. Keep your head in the game as that's what will get you to target. Good luck with it :-)
