    Hi hun.

    Right, you need:

    350g pasta
    200g broccoli, cut into florets
    200g cauliflower, cut into florets
400g cooked lean ham, roughly chopped
    8 spring onions, finely chopped
    200g cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 eggs, beaten
    200g low-fat natural cottage cheese
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    Salt and pepper
Small handful of fresh chives, roughly chopped
    160g reduced fat cheddar
A lettuce and tomato salad to served

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees/fan 180 degrees/gas 6. Cook the pasta according to instructions and drain well.
    2. Meanwhile, boil the broccoli and cauliflower for 4 minutes, or until just tender, Transfer to a large bowl with the haw, spring onions and cherry tomatoes. Add the pasta, mix well and spoon into a shallow baking dish.
    3. Put the eggs, cottage cheese and garlic in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Season and mix in the chives. Pour over the pasta, sprinkle with the Cheddar and gently stir. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until just set. Season with black pepper and serve with the salad.
