    The Power of Music

    What music does everyone listen to to help inspire them to stick to their diets or to help motivate them in the Gym?

    As sad as this sounds I love listening to music from the Rocky Movie Soundtrack. For some reason if I'm struggling in the gym and feeling tired a Rocky song could come on and it gives me a second wind!
    Week 1 Loss: 8lbs (Half Stone Award)

    Week 4 Loss: 1lb (This is the kick up the bum I needed to work harder!)
    Week 5 Loss: 5 1/2lbs (1.5 Stone Award)
    Week 6 Loss: 2 1/2lbs (Club 10) (Lucky Escape from Easter Weekend!)
    Week 7 Loss: Missed Weigh In
    Week 8 Loss: 4lbs (2 Stone Award)

    Sometimes the brightest thing you can do is to step out into the darkness and just have faith you are heading in the right direction.

    Haha that is quite a good fact to know. You can't beat a bit of the Stallone Constant!
