    Hi i have made a vid regarding a snack i like to have whilst doing SW i hope you like and you maywell even do this already but i thought i'd commit it to video

    That's a great idea - I usually chop apple up into small bits and mix with yoghurt in a bowl but this would make the perfect "At-your-desk" snack if you worked in an office or something too!

    Glad I'm not the only that does this! I don't know why but I'm sure apples taste nicer when they are chopped into segments, hah! I have an apple slicer thing I got from Asda, can't remember how much but nice and cheap.

    I use an Options drink rather than a yoghurt. I chop up different fruit - clementine, apple, banana etc. and dip it in. A 2 syn chocolate fondue. Yum
