:wow: We're almost into the 8th month of the year, where has the time gone?? I had hoped to be at target by now but alas NO life keeps getting in the way lol. So for anyone who wants to join the next challenge please feel free to do so. Lets not :hide: behind excuses any more we can all do this - its only 21 weeks to Xmas (scary thought I know), but lots could be at target by then. Add your name to the list alphabetically then its easier to find :D

The challenge will start on 1st August (Thursday) - REMEMBER TO COPY AND PASTE THE LAST LIST AVAILABLE ON THE PAGE SO THAT STATS DO NOT GET LOST, IF YOUR NOT ABLE TO DO IT LET ME KNOW AND I CAN UPDATE FOR YOU. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

I'm gonna say 2lbs off for August. Even that might be ambitious! Ill be happy with a maintain across the month but maybe I can squeeze in a cheeky few pounds :)
