dried and semi dried
I had a look at the healthy extras online (i'm an slimming world online member) and im trying out different healthy extras. I was wondering, where it says prunes and apricots, in the dried fruit drop down list, what is the difference between dried and semi dried? how can u tell the difference, would it say on the packet?
