    Weight loss scrap book

    Hi all. I'm trying to give myself a kick for the new year and was thinking of creating a weight loss scrap book for extra motivation. Has anyone created their own scrap book or have any ideas how I could do it? I'm not the most creative type so any tips etc would be welcome. Thanks

    hey! thats an beauty idea! could you not get a book, and write in it your fave recipies, or pictures of yourself? put in bits from magazines you like, and any hints or tips you come across for weightloss? if your into exercise, write down your personal bests for times and your goals? x

    That's a nice idea! Photos definitely, including photos of the lovely clothes you want to wear, or photos of you from a slimmer past if you have some. Photos of delicious-looking healthy foods maybe to remind you this isn't about deprivation?
    I would also include space for a weight chart so you can draw on a line as it goes down. Also you could write little diary entries about how you're feeling every now and then on the plan, and stick those in too. I'm having revelations about myself I didn't expect just from a diet!

    Sept (week 1): -2lb. Oct: -6lb. Nov: -6lb. Dec: -1lb. Jan: -5.5lb. Feb: -2.5lb. March: -2.5lb. April so far: -3lb

    AIMS:

    Into the 12s
    Regain my 0.5 stone award
    Regain my 1 stone award
    Don't gain more than 3lb at Christmas (Only 1.5lb gained!)
    Into the 11s for good!
    Halfway to healthy BMI (11st12)
    Club 10
    1.5st gone
    Lose weight on holiday (Lost 0.5lb by climbing a load of mountains to make up for all the wine, phew!)
    Half a stone to go to healthy BMI
    2st gone phew finally!
    Into the 10s next week!
    Healthy BMI (10st10) soon, but definitely before I go to Spain in June!

    Thanks for your ides I've been and got myself a pad with dividers today, as well as some stickers and nice gel pens. I'm going to have separate sections for recipes, my journey and inspiration. I'm excited to get scrapping and hope it will spur me on a bit!
