I am now the proud owner of a halogen oven and would love tips and ideas from anyone who has one and enjoys using it.
So far we have successfully cooked a kilo sized piece of pork, chicken, made a sponge cake, cooked bacon, and done pastry. The most successful thing so far seems to be meat.
All tips gratefully received.
Anything that should go in the oven I put in mine.Sausages,burgers,casseroles,chicken,fish.
Hardly use my oven now.:)
