After a few years of health problem I've decided its time to give SW another go so I'm back. Will be joining group on Thursday,has anyone got any tips :)
 
Welcome back, no tips as such, just stick at it, it does work. Check out the diaries on here for food ideas, look at people's stats to see how much they have lost, just do your best to be motivated, don't give up when you have one meal/day off plan.;)
