    Bloating!

    I'm bloating so bad its unreal! I feel like I haven't lost a thing

    Currently I'm having more or less the same every day;

    Diet 7up/diet redbull and water ... I should cut out the fizzies.

    Orange, apple,carrots and cucumber muller lights, brown bread sandwich with HEXA slice of cheese and ham

    I'm already bloated when I get home and then I have a curry or spag bol (all syn free) so it can't be the carbs in that as I'm already bloated.

    Does fruit and veg like carrots and cucumber make you bloat?

    It doesn't hurt, but i'm not as 'flat' as I was in the morning

    Any ideas of bloat fighting food
    I joined SW weighing almost 12 stone.
    I'm re-starting, weighing in at 10 stone 8 lbs

    MY GOAL : 9 stone 10 lbs.. in six weeks.

    Cut these out and then add one by one back in and see what happens.
    If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.

    Paleo since Apr 2012 9st 9lbs got to 8st 7lbs October 2012 and with focus,exercise and motivation have stayed below 9st since.

    Thank you ! What would you suggest for a HEX B so? I'd assume bran flakes and porridge would have the same effect :/

    If you like it, try green or peppermint tea for bloating. It really helps and gets your metabolism moving too so win win x
