I am off on holiday for a week tomorrow - to the Lake District, where it will NOT rain! No it won't!
Clearing stuff out of the fridge to see what I could have for my meal this evening, I found two romaine lettuces and a bag of rocket. Never one to waste food, I have had the biggest green salad you have ever seen!
