Oh my days, what is wrong with me?!? i start and do well then i dont know what happens and i just go off plan and be ridiculous!! i weighed myself this morning and iv put on 1/2 stone again feeling very low!!
i'm attempting to start again tomorrow, i have to do it from home due to work/college/childcare. iv also started going to the gym 3-4 times a week. How long- realistically- do you think it would take me to lose 3.5 stone with sw and the gym?
