Starting again for the 100th time!
Oh my days, what is wrong with me?!? i start and do well then i dont know what happens and i just go off plan and be ridiculous!! i weighed myself this morning and iv put on 1/2 stone again feeling very low!!
i'm attempting to start again tomorrow, i have to do it from home due to work/college/childcare. iv also started going to the gym 3-4 times a week. How long- realistically- do you think it would take me to lose 3.5 stone with sw and the gym?
I'm terrible for going off track and then starting again.
Here is what keeps me on track ....planning ahead! I find if I throw out everything bad in the house so I can't be tempted and then plan every meal then staying on track is much easier. I expect with kids its not so easy to do that so maybe keep their food separate to yours? Every time you are tempted by bad stuff just ask yourself what do I want more? To eat this or to feel happy and comfortable with myself?
My first target is to lose 3.5 stone and I've given myself until February. I've made a spreadsheet with dates and how much I plan to lose that week and if I know I am on holiday or for Christmas I have planned in a small gain. Now I'm in competition with myself to see if I can lose more quickly than I have planned for.
For me it's all about getting your head in the right space so reading slimming magazines and coming on websites like this really helps me to stay focused.

Hi Marie, reading your post sounds very much like I could have written it myself, my intentions are there and I start out great guns however over time my will power and determination sinks for one reason or another.
I like yourself am trying to loose weight without the classes, however this is more because of financial reasons, how would you feel about a buddy partner to help each other through for support.

f you don't already do so, I would recommend keeping a diary on here, as you soon gather supporters who will help you along. And good luck - you CAN get to where you want to be. Just remember that one meal/day/week etc does not mean that you've totally blown it but get get back on plan at the first opportunity.

Morning all, hope your all well, apologies for not being around, things have been hectic to say the least and hence my dieting has not gone to plan, I know that's no excuse however I'm back on track, hope your all well, good luck all with your weight loss journeys.
