    Just for fun

What high syn food/drink are you happy to see the back of?

What synned food are you happy to spend some syns on.

    Ill start off with .....

Cinema nachos and full sugar soft drinks. Never waste syns on these when before I never went to cinema without them.

And what I love and happily spend syns on is gnocchi I love it. But usually talk myself into pasta to be syn free.

Sausage rolls (or anything with pastry). Used to love them but just not worth spending a day's syns.

Sweet things like chocolate. If I don't have something every now and then I feel deprived (Alpen lights are a Godsend).

I loved cereal, and could have 2 bowls for breakfast easily. I would not use my syns for it as the amount you get is pathetic!

i love having a frozen curly wurly most days.

I used to eat a lot more bread! I loved wraps- fajitas and enchiladas especially. Saved up my syns for them yesterday and was disappointed!
Cider and wine are mega high syns too, for what you get.

Happy to spend syns on martini (my sw tipple of choice), Freddo's, ice lollies/ice cream (strawberry splits only 3.5) and extra cheese!

Hoping to get to target and stay there for my wedding day

The one i use to eat is 7syns a slice, so in one lunch 28syns on bread then there would be butter and filling so really high syn.

But supose per slice aint to bad but i have no self restraint to have just the one slice.

Wouldn't waste my syns on McDonalds, KFC or Dominos, not craving them at all. Also cut out Coke for the most part, having maybe one a week instead of one a day when I started. Don't miss takeaways apart from the chippy, but I have had a few chippy treats after a good weigh in...

Definitely chocolate is worth the syns. Ripple at 8.5 or a flake from a multipack only 7 (technically could have 2 flakes although I haven't done yet)...

    Hmm takeaways, ok:

Wouldn't waste syns on: Pizza or fish and chips from takeaway - too high in syns.

Would use the on: Chinese takeaway. Nomishness.

Can never justify the syns in pies and pizza - love both but feels like such a waste

I know vodka/gin is the sensible choice when I'm out but I'm usually happy to spend some syns on lager or wine. Can't do without mayo either!

The syns in cake are horrendous and in my pre-SW days, i would eat huge wedges of it. I was horrified to discover how many syns were in a pitiful Mr kiplings slice- around 8 syns for one bite. So for me, it's cake no more.

I have to have chocolate every day, and using 5 syns on a Freddo keeps me sane. I also like fru yo yoghurts, which are 2 syns each but so much more satsifying than a mullerlight. i also don't mind using syns for cottage cheese with a higher fat content.
