    Katie hopkins

    You may have seen in the press katie Hopkins is currently eating 4000 calories a day and has gone from 8.5 stone to 12 stone in 3 months!

    She's going to stop on 8th September and then lose all the weight by Xmas! (I may have the exact figures wrong but you get the idea).

    This "experiment" is to show there's no excuses for being overweight.

    Im already getting annoyed that she is harping on about how disgusted she is to be 12 stone, when I'm gonna be over the moon when I get there!
    Also, she clearly doesn't have the same attitude to food as someone that is overweight therefore she won't struggle when trying to shift it!

    I think (besides the self publicity) she is doing it to try and inspire others!!
    Has anyone seen this and feel its helpful??

    I couldn't believe it when I was reading this post at first, why would someone do that. Then I remembered who she was then it all made sense! I don't think her doing this is helpful to anyone!

    Katie Hopkins is all that is wrong with the world. That self-obsessed, judgemental cow has now turned her sights on dieters has she? Another "group" she can publicly ridicule and pass comment on!? She is a no-body who appeared on the apprentice about 6 years ago! Who got caught shagging extra-maritally in a field shortly after by some paps and now thinks that this dubious celebrity status gives her a god given right to comment on all the factions of society she looks down on, which is a lot. From a very precarious ivory tower.

    I couldn't care less about her latest "experiment", don't kid yourself. Her MO is to be controversial. Now she will see it as being after the "fatties". Trying to prove there is no reason to not lose weight when you know there is a lucrative newspaper column in your sights, a seat on "this morning" and probably a secret personal trainer in the background MAY seem easy to her who had none of the psychological angst to go along with the reasons for weight gain. We know better.

    Gaining and then losing all that in such a short period? I hope she gets stretch marks. She is an inspiration to no-one, nor does she try to be.

    That woman really makes my blood boil she clearly has no idea of the genuine struggle some people have with their weight!! Weight gain is usually more complex than overeating/not exercising so how dare she think that she can 'show us how easy it is' to lose weight by eating properly and exercising!!!

    Now I don't know who she is and am resisting the urge to google her as that will mean she will have achieved more of what she is probably setting out to do. She may not have any excuses not to be overweight but there are many reasons why people are overweight imo and I doubt she (whoever she is) is going to help any of them.

    I read something the other day (100 healthy days possibly) where the Daily Mail said the lady "ballooned to 14 stone"
    I'd bloody love to be 14 stone!

    I think there's also a big difference in losing weight when you've previously been thinner, and losing weight when you've always been bigger. I'm sure Katie Hopkins will easily lose the weight before Christmas, and be her usual smug self. She's still (and always will be) a vile person inside.
