Quarterly Challenge - Welcome Aboard One And All

Hello everyone - another challenge I hear you say :D !! Well yes it is .... A quarterly one. I have set these up before with Daz updating the spreadsheet, however due to poor attendance/returners to update, it was felt that it wasn't worth doing another one.

However the lovely Kay has suggested maybe giving it another go,and she will update a spreadsheet (not as details as the ones Daz did but effective all the same) so ........

The challenge will run from 1st October to 31st December inclusive.

Kay will backdate the losses for the week that's almost over (1st - 7th October).

Please feel free to add your name and the total amount you would like to lose for the quarter. As with other challenges if you are delayed coming back to give your results, please quote for which week your update is, so that Kay can keep on top of your stats. :thankyou:

Great Sheila- just what I need right now!! I'd like to lose 17lbs - sadly no loss for me this week!
 
I'll second this!

This week's loss was 4.5lbs
I'd like to lose a total of 15lbs please :)

I lost 1lb last week at group

Will be a total of 14 WI so going to go for 2lbs per week and say target of 28lbs - maybe ambitious given its going to include Christmas & the party season!

I think il aim for 21lb, not sure if I'm putting too much pressure on myself as past weeks have been pants, but il give it my best shot,
not weighed last week so I will weigh tomorrow morning and that will be my starting point ,
 
I make it 13 weigh-ins for Monday weighers, so I'm going to say 21lbs for me please, which gives me a bit of leeway for having Christmas dinner/day off!
