So since starting SW I've been having trouble moving things along digestively and have had to resort to taking ex-lax (which by some miracle comes in chocolate form. I can get my fix by only having one square or I might explode!). I had the same problem on Dukan but on Dukan I wasn't eating as much veg and fibre as I am now.

I eat a bowl of overnight oats in the morning and plenty of fruit/veg so any tips on how to keep things ticking along? I don't really want to have to take ex-lax every night just to keep movements happening, but if I don't I feel bloated and horrible and really, really sick. :(
